We stand by the quality and performance of our saunas. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a full refund after 7 days from the date of your order.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may request a 50% refund at any time before your order is shipped from our warehouse. This partial refund accounts for manufacturing and handling costs associated with your order.
  • Please note: Refunds are not available for cancellations due to change of mind. As a business, Lucent Saunas is not required by law to accommodate these requests once the manufacturing process has begun.
  • No refunds will be available once your order has been shipped, unless you qualify under our 7-day money-back guarantee above.
